The single-night rates for double occupancy room at our Montana Inn are between $175.00 and $650.00 (US dollars) nightly. Rates depend on the time of year. The guest room features a private bathroom, bedroom with a queen size bed. Luxury waterfront cabins will be available this July. Which will include Queen bed, loft and full bathroom.
Discounts available for three or more night stays.
Two-night minimum stay is not required at this bed and breakfast in Darby, Montana-- EXCEPT on Holiday and special event weekends.
Some packages include all meals. Otherwise breakfast in complimentary. Lunch and dinner menu available at an additional cost.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Amex and Discover, traveler’s checks or cash (U.S. dollars). First night rate pre-payment due upon making a reservation.

Cancellation policy: 2 week cancellation on Non-Holiday weekends and Off-Season (January 10th to May 27th) One month cancellation on Holiday weekends and
In-Season (May 28th to January 9th).
All Children are welcomed as long as the are accompanied by a parent under the age of 18.
Sorry no pets. Only service dogs are allowed in the Cabins only. All Cabins and rooms are non-smoking. $250.00 fine for cleaning the room if smoked in.
10% discount to senior citizens (age 65 ), families of active military duty.
Free movie stations in Lodge only. WIFI is available at the Inn at an additional cost. No cell phone service but free use of our landline is available.
Check-in time is 3-8 pm; No check-ins allowed after 9 pm unless prior arrangements are made. Check-out 11 am.
